This scroll compressor is installed in Germany for process cooling. This rental unit has been designed to satisfy a wide range of process fluid temperatures. The shell and tube evaporator mounts tubes with thickness 0,7mm and is equipped with a resistance in case of low water applications.
The fan speed control and the electrical board heater allows the unit to work down to -25°C ambient temperature while the compressors jackets and box heavy reduce the noise of the compressors. The frame has been modified to simplify the handling operations, adding four section bars under the frame bottom. In the end the XWEB option from Dixell allows the remote maintenance of the chiller, very helpful for rental companies and for the end user.
