Hitema big units are now available with R1234ze, a green refrigerant with GWP = 7. In this case it was used to comply with Switzerland regulations. The shell and tube evaporator and the double pump configuration are the reliable solutions needed for continuity of operation. The stepless configuration of the screw compressors allows to smoothly follow the load. The special nozzles for fans and the box around compressors heavily reduce the unit noise (around 57 dBA @ 10m).
