Freecooling chiller with partial desuperheater

The main features of this unit are the partial desuperheater, which allows to recover 19 kW from compressors discharge hot gas and the integrated free-cooling coil where the process fluid is cooled by the ambient air, saving a lot of energy with a reduced payback period of the initial investment compared to a normal chiller (with ambient temperature below 4,1°C the compressors are off). Moreover the unit equips a coaxial evaporator (a very reliable heat exchanger), a process pump and a carbon steel tank.
